Q: |
Where do we park our car? |
|
A: |
You park your vehicles at our location where our shuttles
will take you to the starting point of your trip. If you are taking the GTO to
Paris trip, please park your car in the parking lot beside the GTO gas station. |
|
Q: |
How much deposit is required for the trip? |
|
A: |
There is no deposit required as we have a very fair
customer base and we trust that our customers will cancel their trip at least
one day in advance if they cannot attend. This will give us an opportunity to
rent the canoe to someone else. |
|
Q: |
How early before the trip do we need to be at your
location? |
|
A: |
All trips leave our location every hour, on the hour. You
must arrive at our location at least 20 minutes before the trip so that we can
get you all geared up and on your way on time. If you do not arrive at our
location on time, you will need to re-schedule your trip for a later time/date
based on our availability. |
|
Q: |
What is your cancellation policy? |
|
A: |
We respect the fact that due to unforeseen circumstances,
you may not be able to attend the trip or you may need to reduce the number of
canoes that you will require. In any case, please let us know as early as
possible or at least one day prior to the trip if you need to cancel. In the
case of rain, we will contact you to confirm if you will still be going on your
trip. In the case of thunderstorms, we will call you to cancel and re-schedule
your trip.
Group Bookings: In the case of large groups of 10 people
or more, it is important that the organizer of the group collects payment from
all the people that have committed to the trip as any cancellations that happen
on the day of the trip are still charged at the full rental rate, whether the
canoe is used by the group or not.
