Combine the beauty of
touring the waters of the Grand River Valley with the
fun of a team paddling expedition, and you’ve got one great outing for your Corporate Team.
We can accommodate up to 150 paddlers and up to 75
additional 3rd passengers.
Canoeing the Grand provides everything you need for your
trip including canoes, paddles, life jackets and
options such as a pre-paddle instructional breakfast or lunch after the trip
in our picnic grounds. We also provide a scavenger hunt
checklist to help engage paddlers in their natural
surroundings during the trip. All you supply is
elbow grease and a positive attitude!
For all trips, you park or bus to our location, we
shuttle you up the river, then you paddle down the
river (WITH the current) back to our location. We also
provide the option of
bus pick-up at your company parking lot at a
pre-determined time.
Corporate Canoe Expeditions
may be booked for any weekday from May 1 to October 31,
2012. 10% discount on canoe trip for 8 or more boats.

Is
It Safe? |
| |
That's the #1
question we get.
Answer: Yes!
(info)
Last season we provided nearly 4000 trips
with no injuries and only a handful of people
got wet (some quite intentionally, to beat the
heat!). The average depth of the Grand in our
service area is 3 feet deep. So even if you do
somehow tipacanoe, just stand-up! We also
provide pre-trip
safety and paddling instruction.
Enjoy your beautiful trip! |

Upon request, corporate
participants will receive a customized keepsake group
photo,
ready by the end of their Expedition, at no
charge.
