Combine the beauty of
touring the waters of the Grand River Valley with the
fun of a group canoeing expedition, and you’ve got one great outing for your
group.
Whether for fund raising or just getting the gang
together, we can accommodate up to 3 trips per day X 140 paddlers
per trip and up to 70
additional 3rd passengers. Group Expeditions
may be booked for any weekday from May 1 to October 31.
For special group or fund raising events, we will even
provide an event-dedicated
registration page where participants can reserve and
pay for their canoe for the event directly with Canoeing
the Grand. We also have a
pledge sheet
that may be customized.
Canoeing the Grand provides everything you need for your
event including an optional pre-paddle instructional
breakfast*, transfer to the expedition launch site,
canoes, paddles, life jackets and optional BBQ lunch*
after the trip. Participant fees for the canoe rental
and shuttle service are as low as $15
(3 people/canoe)
for a 1.5 hour trip. All you supply is
elbow grease and a positive attitude!

For larger groups, Canoeing the Grand will subsidize a
school bus to transfer your group to/from the launch site.
